Click here to request a FREE Meet and Greet where we can discuss your pet's care needs. Once your Meet and Greet is scheduled, you will receive an email with a link for my Client Portal.
After your Meet and Greet, you will receive an email invitation to the Client Portal. All services can be requested through the portal. Existing clients can access the portal via the navigation bar at the top of the page. You can also download the app "Precise Petcare" to receive push notifications regarding any services, announcements, etc.
My services are completely customizable to your pet's needs and preferences. Preferred times and visit lengths will be discussed at your Meet and Greet.
As the owner and sole proprietor, Emileigh is the only person that will be visiting your home. In case of an emergency on my part, you will be notified and given the choice between your emergency contact covering care or my emergency backup covering care. My emergency backup is my younger sister, Rachael, who is a veterinary assistant and capable of covering anything in the event of an emergency. Rachael is also covered under my insurance in the event she may need to be utilized.
Payment for grooming, training, and in-home vet tech services are due at the time of service. An invoice will be emailed to you the night before the appointment and will be due by the end of the appointment. Past due invoices are subject to late fees.
Payment for pet sitting services are due at the time of the final service. Your invoice will be emailed the night before services begins and will be due at the time the final visit is completed. A deposit of 50% of the total invoice is required for all first time clients.
Dog walking services are invoiced weekly. Invoices will be sent out on Sunday evening and due by Friday each week.
Cancellation policy varies depending on the service. The cancellation policy for all services can be found in the Client Portal.
Due to liability, I am unable to share care duties with someone that is not an adult member of the household or an insured professional. I will not enter your home if a minor is home alone. I am happy to discuss additional care times or adjust lengths of scheduled times if you feel your pet requires additional care.
I am able to transport your pet to any professional appointments during your time away. Just let me know when booking! Additional fees will apply based on travel and length of appointment.
I do my best to ensure your pets are cared for, regardless of the weather. Sometimes, we may need to do shorter potty breaks or play inside. There are times when it is dangerous, unsafe, and irresponsible to venture out. For both mine and your pet's safety, I reserve the right to cancel or shorten walks accordingly. If you are out town and we experience inclement weather, visit times may need adjusted to account for extra travel time during unsafe conditions.
